HubSpot is a tool aimed at companies or company workers, that makes users' lives easier by merging a series of features. Thanks to this tool, users can set up meetings, manage their contacts, check their emails, set a to-do list and follow sales, all from the same app.
When opening the app for the first time, you will need to create an account that can be easily set up. After this, you will see the app's main screen, where you will find four different sections. In the first section, named 'Today', you can include all the tasks we want to do during the day, as well as those for upcoming days. So, this section works as an agenda, where you can organize and manage your workload. You can also sync it with your Google calendars.
In the section entitled 'Contacts,' you can generate a notebook of work contacts, assign each one information regarding their companies, add logos, and much more. In the 'Deals' section, you can add the deals you've made or those that will soon be closed and sync them with the activity calendar. Finally, in the 'Activity' section, you can keep track of each project, so that the rest of the team members are aware of your progress in different projects.
